It Started During a Hiring Round
We had three finalists for a role.
Bright people. Great backgrounds. Each of them had clearly used ChatGPT to prep.
Their answers?
Crisp. Well-structured. On point.
Too on point.
By the third interview, I realized I was hearing the same phrases. Same case studies. Same “best practices.”
I was not learning about them. I was reading different versions of the same AI-powered template.
So, if everyone is using the same tools, what sets anyone apart anymore?
AI Has Made Us Faster. It Has Also Made Us Sound the Same.
Let me be clear. I absolutely love AI.
It saves time. It gives you a head start.
But lately, everything is starting to look and sound alike.
Resumes. Presentations. Emails. Product ideas.
Same tone. Same listicles. Same prompts recycled again and again.
If the whole world has access to the same set of tools, then tools are not the moat anymore. Agree?
So What Is?
At Ergode, we asked ourselves this exact question.
What can we do differently when anyone can use the same models and platforms?
Here is what stood out to us:
We have seen two brands use the same design tool and end up with packaging that looks nothing alike.
The difference was not the tool. It was who was behind it.
It Is Not About the Tools. It Is About You.
Everyone has the same keyboard now.
The question is, what are you typing?
Because when everything starts sounding perfect, the only thing that feels real is something that sounds like you.
Regards,
Rupesh
P.S.
If you are building something with AI but still making it your own, send it across.
We are always looking for people who do not just use the tools but shape them into something original.
